Ingredients

  • 12 12 chocolate chip cookies (homemade or store-bought)

  • 12 large 12 marshmallows, halved

  • 4 oz 4 chocolate melting wafers

  • 1 tsp 1 coconut oil (optional)

  • 6 6 graham crackers, snapped in half

  • 12 12 Hershey bar pieces

  • Dehydrated mini marshmallows, for topping

Directions

  • Place the chocolate chip cookies on a flat surface or parchment-lined tray.
  • Cut each large marshmallow in half and place one half, cut-side down, in the center of each cookie.
  • Add the chocolate melting wafers to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round, until fully melted and smooth. Stir in the coconut oil if using.
  • Spoon or drizzle the melted chocolate over each marshmallow, allowing some to flow slightly onto the cookie to help anchor the toppings.
  • While the chocolate is still warm, press one graham cracker half and one Hershey bar piece into each marshmallow at a slight angle.
  • Sprinkle dehydrated mini marshmallows over the top.
  • Let the cookies sit at room temperature until the chocolate is fully set before serving or storing.
