Steak and Mushroom Crostini

5.0 from 3 votes

Meet your new signature appetizer: Steak & Mushroom Crostini—crispy toasts piled high with juicy seared steak and a savory mushroom mix that’s pure umami. It’s naturally dairy-free if you finish it with truffle mayo (or regular mayo)—just check your label. Not lactose-intolerant? I highly recommend a swipe of creamy ricotta for a luxe touch. I usually reach for strip steak because it sears beautifully and slices tender, but use your favorite cut—sirloin, ribeye, even filet all work. However you top it, this bite is an absolute crowd-pleaser and will definitely impress your guests at parties, date nights, and game days alike.
