Easy Lobster BLT Sandwich Recipe

5.0 from 3 votes

Meet the BLT’s glow-up. Sweet, butter-warmed lobster, crispy bacon, ripe tomato, creamy avocado, and crisp lettuce, so every bite swings from smoky and salty to lush and ocean-sweet. A whisper of dill and chives amplifies the lobster, while a mayo—or truffle mayo for extra luxe—ties it all together and keeps the bread glossy and toasty with that butter finish. It’s everything you love about a traditional BLT, but the lobster sets it off and elevates it into a dinner-party-worthy sandwich you can still make on a weeknight.

  • 1 1 tomato sliced

  • Lettuce

  • 1 tsp. 1 chives

  • 4 Tbsp. 4 butter (divided)

  • 1/4 tsp. 1/4 dill

  • 2 Tbsp. 2 mayo

  • Seafood tool set
